The rules and conditions governing the use of CloudBite for your restaurant.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the CloudBite application, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the application. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and CloudBite. We recommend reading them carefully.


Service Description

CloudBite is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows restaurants to create digital menu websites with QR codes. The service includes:

  • Creation and management of digital menus
  • Generation of custom QR codes
  • Online reservation system
  • Customer feedback collection
  • Image gallery management
  • Promotions and events
  • Push notifications
  • Public website accessible at cloudbiteapp.com

User Accounts

To use CloudBite, you must create an account by providing truthful and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Keeping your contact information up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.


Subscriptions and Payments

CloudBite offers different subscription plans:

Free with limited features (90-day trial)

Essential

Basic features for one restaurant

Pro

Advanced features with unlimited menus

Business

For multiple restaurants

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices may change with prior notice. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.


Acceptable Use

By using CloudBite, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Upload offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Interfere with the operation of the service
  • Use unauthorized bots or automated systems
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Publish false information about prices or product availability

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these policies.


Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to CloudBite (images, texts, menus, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content
  • Display it on your public website
  • Create backup copies
  • Resize images for optimization

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you upload. CloudBite does not claim ownership of your content.


Intellectual Property

CloudBite, including its code, design, logos and trademarks, is owned by CloudBite and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of our application without written authorization. Third-party trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners.


Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from Settings > Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You do not pay your subscription
  • Your account remains inactive for more than 12 months
  • Required by a legal order

Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.


Disclaimers

CloudBite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be available uninterrupted
  • Errors will be corrected
  • The service will meet all your requirements

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish or for business decisions you make based on the service.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudBite will not be liable for:

  • Loss of data or profits
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions
  • Actions of third parties

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.


Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by:

  • In-app notification
  • Email
  • Notice on our website

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
